I had two vehicles in that day. One for my Silverado and the other for my Traverse . Disappointed with both visits. Chris did not exhibit the family values of Gates at all. I feel every time he is assigned to me, he thinks I'm a dumb girl. I have been buying my cars from Gates since they were downtown on Western Avenue in South Bend in the 70's; enlisted for 9 years in the Army and I know how to do preventative maintenance and care of vehicles. He did not go over my report until I asked for him to and still don't have a clear answer to the problem. Hannah and the other girl also did not go over the results until I came back in when I was ready to leave, and told them my tire sensor was not working. First I was told to drive it and then come back and I said no. She went out to look at the vehicle and read the report that had listed it as a concern from the mechanic. I am happy the mechanic who worked on the vehicles did his or her job . I learned a valuable lesson to ask for the results report that used to always be reviewed with you when you were there before I sign again. More
