I was very pleased with the speed in which my 10000 mile service was done and for some reason there was no charge. Unfortunately, when I got home I noticed some stains on my cloth seats. I immediately tried service was done and for some reason there was no charge. Unfortunately, when I got home I noticed some stains on my cloth seats. I immediately tried removing them and tried again a few days later. This week I had my car professionally detailed and the stains still remain. I crossed state lines to buy my Rav 4 from Jake Smith at Handy Toyota and it was absolutely worth the trip! Jacob’s reputation is STELLAR and he lived up to it every step of the purchase. Jake is very kno Handy Toyota and it was absolutely worth the trip! Jacob’s reputation is STELLAR and he lived up to it every step of the purchase. Jake is very knowledgeable, with a communication style that is direct and straightforward. At no point did I worry that I was missing information or that there was a gotcha at the end of the transaction. The entire process felt transparent from start to finish. Once Jacob was sure that we had the car for me, he introduced me to Finance Manager Dennis Gebhardt who handled the inter-state registration, taxes, and all the other complicated paperwork efficiently. My family has now bought three cars from Jacob, and we'll keep coming back. If you're looking for a dealership experience built on honesty, expertise, and genuine customer care, I can't recommend Jacob and the team at Handy Toyota highly enough! More
