Someone was working on something for us while someone else was discussing things with us. Unlike a lot of other dealerships which can be very pushy and upset when you do not agree with them. I can say all 3 employees that my father and i worked with were very friendly, professional, and made the process very satisfying and comfortable. Double checking everything to ensure everything was accurate and guided us step by step on what needed to happen next. I contacted Bob Hadges and he was keeping me updated on the status of the vehicle avai We were interested in buying a Sienna that was being sold here. I contacted Bob Hadges and he was keeping me updated on the status of the vehicle availability till the date we actually came for a test drive as we are 1 hr away from the dealership. Upon arrival, Bob introduced us to Sam Zaidan and we took a test drive. Sam was very courteous with no pressure selling tactics that you might encounter at other dealerships. Post test drive we got quotes on the trade in and there were negotiations began to arrive at a mutually accepted price. Sunny Ahuja came into the picture here and like Sam, was pleasent to deal with. We finalized at a price that worked for both of us. The closing of the deal was also very quick and pain free. Took close to 1 hr, which is great IMHO. I am very happy with everyone with whom we had interaction with. Each and everyone was courteous, professional and very pleasant to deal with.
