Kids love Carlos! I was shopping with my two young sons which is always a challenge . Carlos was great he was attentive to the kids and made sure to help find the vehic I was shopping with my two young sons which is always a challenge . Carlos was great he was attentive to the kids and made sure to help find the vehicle that would work for me. I can’t say enough about how good this experience was looking for a vehicle. I have never had a game free experience at a dealership before. I certainly hope that the management and ownership recognize Carlos for his completely outstanding commitment to doing the right thing for his customers. I feel that each and every employee is an important part of an organization. The commitment by Carlos to help find the right vehicle and make sure the sales experience would be perfect was very refreshing to say the very least. I hope that Mr. Tufankjian realizes he has a great asset to the business in Mr. Alvarez. Having worked many years in the automotive business I have always disliked having to go look for a vehicle . I have always had to explain I am in the business and don't want to play games and yet this is what always happens....games from the top down sales managers to the salesperson. There were never any games and Carlos along with Bob keough worked hard to find the vehicle that would work for me as well as what would be the best value. New RAV4! I just purchased a new 2018 RAV4. Joe Lawlor, my sales representative was great to work with throughout the entire process. (As was the Tufankjian tea I just purchased a new 2018 RAV4. Joe Lawlor, my sales representative was great to work with throughout the entire process. (As was the Tufankjian team including Bill Detellis, Sunny Ahuja & the service center.) There was never any pressure applied. Joe listened to my needs & found the perfect car for me. Joe is personable, knowledgeable & he delivers. It was a seamless process and I thank him for that! I’ve owned four Toyota’s over the last few decades. I’ve loved them all, they were great cars & extremely reliable. They were all purchased & serviced here at Tufankijan which has a great service center. Just as Joe delivers in the sales department so does the service center. This is the best experience I’ve had buying a car. I came in thing this was going to be that back and forth experience that I witnessed in the past.
