As a young woman buying a car by myself, I was not looking forward to buying a car and other dealerships made me see why I had anticipated that. Toyota of Braintree was the only place I was treated as an individual capable of making my own decisions. They were not pushy and were very upfront regarding pricing. Sunny was my main contact and he was incredibly nice, hard-working, and responsive. He was very conscious of my needs and time. He also readily picked me up from the T station to get to the dealership, which made it extremely convenient. Great group of people When you spend some time with people it becomes apparent if they are happy. I had to deal with a number of people at this location and what I notic When you spend some time with people it becomes apparent if they are happy. I had to deal with a number of people at this location and what I noticed is that they all seem happy to work here. Upon arrival I was greeted by Caesar who asked if he could help me. I said he could by finding out who owned a car outside with a very hot Golden Retriever sitting in it with the windows rolled up. Caesar immediately went outside and got the plate number and came back in and sent out an announcement to the owner. He quickly got the owner to roll the windows down. I was impressed with how quickly he took care of that. Next i was off with Sunny. Sunny helped out with the sale of our vehicle and has a friendly and warm personality. Sunny was great to deal with and very accomodating. sunny then sent us to Wallace for our paperwork to be completed. Wallace was thourough and friendly ( beginning to be a trend here) and explained all the paperwork concisley as we went through it. All in all I had a very good experience with this group from start to finish and would highly recommend them for your next car purchase. Thank you! Tim More
