Mr. Tufankjian uses Carlos as the scapegoat for all the problems and bad deals. He cant handle it. He yelled at me when I said I have to tell everyone how bad the place is and its his name involved in it as he is the top manager and face of Tufankjian. Mr. Carlos if you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen! He also went to open my hood and broke the release cable and didn't get it in right away to fix it. It's been months my hood is not fixed and the dent is not fixed. I cannot trust my $30,000 investment in the hands of these people. Its sad its a nice place they just need new employees. More

This time we selected the completely redesigned 2014 Highlander Limited. The exact color and equipment combination we wanted was not available in stock so George Saef the new car manager ordered it from the factory for us. George took the time out his busy day to sit with us and make sure we got exactly what we wanted., he keep us updated during the process and the vehicle arrived flawlessly. Steve look us for a test drive in a demo and explained all the features. Greg Tufankjian one of the owners personally got involved and even allowed us to take the demo overnight to make sure we would be happy with our decision...I don't know of another dealer that would do that! Greg also oversaw our trade evaluation and pricing of the new vehicle to insure we got an exceptional "deal." Kenny Tempro and Sunny Ahuja at time of pick up went over all the high tech features so we could obtain full benefit of all the vehicle has to offer.
