We went there to get a new vehicle. We started to correspond via email at first. Base on the quotes submitted via email, we went down to test drive and see the car we wanted. We could have purchase this vehicle else where, but we went back due to the sales approach of the sales person we have been dealing with. My wife and I just bought a used Suzuki here and we were very impressed by Harish- he was helpful, patient and honest and wasn't pushy or high pressure at all. Harish didn't try to push us towards anything or give us a lot of pressure, he encouraged us to test-drive anything we were interested in and, most importantly, encouraged us to be happy and comfortable with our choice.
