Sunny was great! I wanted to get out of my current vehicle and into a new 2012 Toyota Highlander Limited. The selection was very large,something for everyone's budget. by the end of the day literally,i was driving my new SUV home! The dealership was locking up to go home for the night and he took the time to show me all the options on the vehicle. I have dealt with this dealership for two new Highlanders in the past couple of years, including helping my 83 year old father buy a new-fangled machine. The staff was wonderful with him and his followup ex in the past couple of years, including helping my 83 year old father buy a new-fangled machine. The staff was wonderful with him and his followup experience has been stellar. My own recent purchase was pleasant and painless and the deal was great. My only criticism would be that there is a LOT of followup by email, both from the dealership and from Toyota. I probably had 10 emails in the two weeks following my purchase. Awesome followup, but seriously, enough is enough. So much better than not caring though! More

My overall experience was as pleasant as one can expect for buying a new car with the exception that there was a long wait time between the steps that they lead you through in purchasing a car.
