We had worked with another salesman from the Jeff Wyler Eastgate location that pointed us to the Fairfield location for the 2 cars to look into. Harold worked with us in completing the deal on the Cadillac we choose and let us know he would take care of working with the other salesperson from the Eastgate location. He was great at going over the features of the car, both interior and exterior, which made me feel comfortable in understanding how it all worked before I even left the lot. He also walked me through the service website and gave me a tour of the facilities. I truly thank him for the time he took informing me of all that was offered at the Cadillac facility. More

The original car I wanted had been sold, so Arif worked with to show me other cars he thought I w patient in helping me select my first new Cadillac. We had stopped in the KIA dealership, just to see what gift I had won, on the scratch off card received in the mail. We were immediately met by Raymond Richard. Raymond asked if we were looking for a new or used car, Jeanette told him that she was interested in New Cadillac, but uncertain as to what. Richard took us over the the Cadillac side, and introduced us to Brad Childers and Harold McPeek. Everyone in the dealership was so nice, and surprisely people not even involved with our deal, acknowledged us by saying "Good Morning". We had been at a GMC dealer earlier, and were not even approached by anyone to ask to help us, so we left and found our way to "King Richard". Raymond explained the options on the ATS, during the test drive, some that we were unaware of, even though we had checked the vehicles out on the internet. We were very impressed with Raymond. He made us feel as through our questions, no matter how small was important to him. The professionalism of Raymond Richard, Harold McPeek, Brad Childers and Selwyn Brown was great, and made us feel comfortable with the information that we were receiving. When I completed my supplier discount certificate my information was sent directly to the dealership. He offered to come in on his off day or to stay late if I needed. I had been visiting several dealerships and communicating with a few salesmen online but the moment I actually spoke to Harold I knew he was who I wanted to purchase my vehicle from. He made me feel at ease from the very beginning. He also informed me that if they did not have what I wanted, he could find and get it for me. He was very patient, friendly, and he made my car buying experience very comfortable. After completing all the paperwork, he had my new vehicle washed, gassed up, with a pretty bow and sign on it. Then he took the extra steps to show me how to operate and program my new vehicle and set up on-star for me. I could go on and on about how satisfied I was with my experience at Jeff Wyler Fairfield Cadillac.
