The dealership was east to make an appointment for, and I got in within days of calling. Everyone was friendly and helpful. There was an issue with my car that they had put too much oil in. Andrew Strange and his team of service technicians, along with Toyota, replaced a faulty engine in my wife's Prius, completely free of charge. There was a build defect in the engine that caused to lose compr with Toyota, replaced a faulty engine in my wife's Prius, completely free of charge. There was a build defect in the engine that caused to lose compression and blow up at 62k miles. Toyota replaced the faulty engine, no questions. It's a great place to do business! More
