When I walked in, the services representative was very helpful and treated my car as if it was his own. The service mechanics also went above and beyond to address my problem with the vehicle. I want to n helpful and treated my car as if it was his own. The service mechanics also went above and beyond to address my problem with the vehicle. I want to note that I was a random walk-in customer with a sensitive car issue. Despite their busy schedule, they accommodated my situation and treated me like a valued customer. If I was not traveling and lived locally, I would bring my car to them all the time. Thank you again and I really appreciate your care. More

I had a wonderful experience with Mid Town KIA from the time we were just looking until the time we drove home in our new Telluride. The service department has been also great. Dealer was sole entity that services vehicle - suddenly they cannot locate key for tire locks. Cannot rotate or change a damaged tire - Patrick only contacted his mgr about the problem after customer left they cannot locate key for tire locks. Cannot rotate or change a damaged tire - Patrick only contacted his mgr about the problem after customer left the dealer. Tire service not completed -also 24000 miles on car yet pressed to do 25000 service in advance. Query where are the keylocks? Dealer says they are missing yet dealer is the last to have used the keys on previous service. patrick said harold story is the dealership mgr. harold story also said he was the dealership mgr. Yet he is not. Customer requested to speak to the mgr yet was not allowed to do so. What is this dealership going to do about their loss of customers tire key locks? Why was customer loed to and told that harold story is a manager? More

The service is good, however it can take forever to talk to a human being if I call to ask any questions. Same goes with email - I have submitted multiple emails and have never received a response.
