In terms of a total overall experience... You couldn't ask for more than you get at Heritage. They treat you with integrity, honesty and respect-no ridiculous games, tricks or secret back off conversation ask for more than you get at Heritage. It's a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. It really is a smooth and painless process...it was spread over 2 separate evenings; but the entire process from finding the exact vehicle we wanted, test driving it, discussing and finalizing the price/financing/monthly payment and then signing all required paperwork took less than 3 hours!!! They will never make you feel pressured, rushed or uncomfortable. They provide you with ALL the options, choices and possible alternatives available to you plus all the relevant information you need and then they actually just let you make the decision that works best for YOU! And when everything is finalized, both sides walk away feeling That they're satisfied with a fair deal that makes everybody happy!! They're only goal is to help you get the exact vehicle you want or need and can afford at the best, most fair price possible. The whole sales experience at most dealerships leaves both sides with a high level of frustration, a feeling that you probably didn't get a good deal and an actual dislike and distrust for each other. The minute the paperwork is signed, you feel like they dodge you don't want to see you or talk to you and couldn't care less anymore. At Heritage, It's completely different...the sale is only the start of your experience and the beginning of an ongoing relationship. Every time you go back for anything, you'll see the same familiar faces every time. And they still make you feel just as welcome and comfortable as you did the first time you walked in. Right now, Most dealerships are selling the vehicles on their lot for thousands or even tens of thousands of dollars over sticker price... but Courtney, Gabe and Brad made it very clear to us immediately that Heritage Volkswagen is NOT doing that and have no interest in doing it... And not only that, but there were still even some rebates, discounts and incentives that can be applied! I was extremely surprised by this but it also made me really respect them, especially knowing that most people right now are either drastically overpaying or not even able to get a vehicle at all. More
