The salesman was very helpful in helping us choose a model, options and color vehicle. He went out of his way to get us the best deal and he explained the options and process to us. The service department very quickly takes your car in for service and gives you a loaner. There are enough service people to work on the car so that the car is finished the same day. More

I am taking the time to send this note and let you know about the experience I had purchasing a Pre-owned, Certified Lexus, IS250 from Lexus of North Miami. I would just like to give you a bit of history s about the experience I had purchasing a Pre-owned, Certified Lexus, IS250 from Lexus of North Miami. I would just like to give you a bit of history so you can understand why I am so thrilled with Harry Faitelson and the dealership. My husband was an Auto Salesman for many years and so I have never had to go to a dealership by myself to purchase a car. As a matter of fact, he always just brought the car home and so I felt like a fish out of water walking into the dealership to actually purchase a car on my own. Harry had helped me when I first purchased a 2007 Lexus IS and so I requested to see him again. I felt I needed the help of a gentleman and that is exactly what I received. He had the car ready for a test drive as soon as I arrived. We spoke about the price and what I could afford. He kept calming me and reassuring me that we would work something out since this was the exact color, and auto that I wanted. He stayed with me, at my request, when I had to go to the finance office which is something I really was not comfortable with. When my husband was alive we always paid cash for the car. I was apprehensive about going in there, but as I said, he was with me the whole time. I did not think I was going to take the car home yesterday, but everyone that helped me was so wonderful. I drove home in my 2008 Lexus IS250, pearl white and was the happiest lady in the world. I would not think of buying any other car in any other dealership. You can be proud of these people that work so hard to make their customers happy. I believe I would have rated them 10 if the rating went that high. Thank you and I wish to thank them for the courtesy given to me. My husband passed away in 2004 so this was a very big step for me and I enjoyed every minute of it.
