My first experience was in 2017 (excellent then so I returned for my next car). I had all my service done there over the past six years and was delighted with their expertise! Never go back again..We made an appointment with Alfonzo the "Inventory Manager " to look at a used car we had seen on the web site. He appeared to be very shocked when we showed up. Anyway he pawned us off on a salesmen. Nice guy . So he took us to an office and said he was going to get the keys for a test drive. . 20 min later he comes back with the keys. Then he says ok just let me find our where the car is. Another 10 min go by.. he comes back says the reason he couldn't find the car because it was in service So we go back to the service area. Find the car... now he has the wrong keys. Comes back 10 min later with a story about why he couldn't find the keys. So we look around the car... get in try and start it and it won't start. Now the sales man starts back peddling explaining how it just came in a week ago and they haven't had time to go thru it. Well there was enough rust on the calipers to suggest it had been there much longer than a week. Which I now understand why Alfonso was surprised to see us.. if you are advertising a car on your web site , my thought is it should be ready . We drove a long way for nothing. And I would think your Inventory Manager would have a better idea where his Inventory is so his salesman isn't running around frantic. More
