Everyone is friendly and very attentive to all of my needs. My service advisor is Harvey Hollender who is always on point to make sure all of my vehicles needs are taken care of when needed. He always makes sure I have a loaner vehicle whenever I need one which makes scheduling my day extremely easy. The service greeter are also top shelf and make you feel welcomed every time you visit the service department. I also commend the fact that the service manager is also available to help you if needed. I would highly recommend Infiniti of Gwinnett to any of my friend or family to buy a vehicle or have their Infiniti serviced. More

Worth the drive for exceptional service I have 2 dealerships closer to my house than this one. I have tried them. This dealership is just better. The waiting area is a great size, laid out well, and I can get some work done there comfortably when I wait on my car. They wash my car - always. The oil change is the same as I would pay at Jiffy Lube - and they wash my car - and I wait in a great environment. My service guy, Harvey, is nice, smart, and does his job like I want him to. He called me at 5pm on the day that I picked up the car from a bad running issue to make sure that it was all fixed with no new issues. In all honesty, if I could get my other brand serviced here too, I would. More
