He always makes sure I have a loaner vehicle whenever I need one which makes scheduling my day extremely easy. The service greeter are also top shelf and make you feel welcomed every time you visit the service department. I also commend the fact that the service manager is also available to help you if needed. The waiting area is a great size, laid out well, and I can get some work done there comfortably when I wait on my car. They wash my car - always. The oil change is the same as I would pay at Jiffy Lube - and they wash my car - and I wait in a great environment. My service guy, Harvey, is nice, smart, and does his job like I want him to. He called me at 5pm on the day that I picked up the car from a bad running issue to make sure that it was all fixed with no new issues. In all honesty, if I could get my other brand serviced here too, I would. More
