I recently purchased two used vehicles at Toyota of Naperville, a 2002 Camry and a 2008 Sienna. Harvey Nyien worked with me on this transaction, which also included trading in my 2007 Honda Element. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, and my overall experience at Toyota of Naperville was a very good one. Harvey did an excellent job explaining the features of the vehicles; he also followed up with me by phone to see if I had any further questions. I have been driving the vehicles for about a month now and they have both been great for me and my family. More

We completed the financing quickly. We had bought a Cressida, an Avalon, and 2 Camrys from other Toyota dealers in the past. This was our first time from Toyota of Naperville. Purchasing this Camry from Harvey Nyien and financing with John Roncone at Toyota of Naperville was a nice experience. I would recommend Harvey, John, and Toyota of Naperville to others. More

We felt that we received a good deal on the vehicle and were treated well during the buy process by all concerned at the dealership. This was our first experience with Toyota of Naperville, but it certainly will not be our last. We would recommend this dealership to any family or friend looking for a vehicle. We might add that we traveled 120 miles to buy our new vehicle and it was worth the time and effort. More

I have mostly great things to say about my buying experience with Toyota of Naperville. My salesperson, Harvey Nyien, went way beyond to make sure we got everything we needed. He even stayed way be experience with Toyota of Naperville. My salesperson, Harvey Nyien, went way beyond to make sure we got everything we needed. He even stayed way beyond his quitting time to make sure the process went off without a hitch. We have also had our car serviced and it couldn't have been smoother or been run by better and more friendly people. I'll use them anytime I need any thing. My only complaint was with the pricing. After paying full price for a fully loaded Camry Hybrid including several addon which included the extended warranty, The offered us virtually nothing for our trade-in. I know it wasn't worth much, but they could have offered us more to make us feel like they were really going above and beyond for us. I know they made a lot off the sale, but it left us feeling that the profit was more important to them than us as customers. Even with that slightly negative feeling, I would use them again and have recommended them to several friends. More

His no pressure sales approach is unique and very welcome as the car buying decision does involve a significant investment. He is the reason that we switched from another Toyota dealer to Toyota of Naperville. Thank you, Harvey! More
