Hassan Slim was a great salesperson. He brought in staff to assist with getting this problem fixed. I appreciate his help. I was concerned being my first purchase of a Hyundai, but I am now comfortable with this brand. We were extremely happy with us and Slim, who provided excellent service while we negotiated the sale for our new vehicle on June 7. I’ve been trying for days to contact finance department with a request for paper documents that were originally electronically filed. We had a bad experience in the past with the service department and we’re hesitant to buy from Brandon Hyundai, but it was the exceptional service from Hudson slim that convinced us to make the purchase. Hassan is a top notch gentleman and sales associate. He is honest, kind, smart, and extremely helpful. He made buying a car a win win!! He is personable and not pushy. Mike - the dealership manager took care of it immediately. I did a lot of research and the Tucson has by far the best warranty and most features for the money. More

Absolutely horrible. Just bought a car from Hassan and he was the definition of a scam. He went back on everything and kept changing the numbers. We had to fight for a fa Just bought a car from Hassan and he was the definition of a scam. He went back on everything and kept changing the numbers. We had to fight for a fair deal even with excellent credit. He told us that the prices online were lowered to “get you in the door”. If we hadn’t have driven so far for the vehicle and went through the credit check, we would’ve left just to not give him a sale because he was awful. Not to mention he continually yelled at us in front of other customers, when we were asking for them to match the offer listed on their website. Then it’s time to leave and the car has no gas and was not detailed or cleaned. Horrible experience. I would give this dealership 0 stars if I could. Wendy also had a horrible attitude when I had to move over my things to the new car. More
