I went to another dealership in Northampton. They dismissed me and were very rude! I decided to go to curry on memorial drive in chicopee that same day. I was walking the lot and a very nice man came over to me and asked if I needed assistance right away. Not in a pushy way, a very professional real person. I wound up taking the car for a ride and loved it! They made the whole process of buying a car from start to finish very easy. They made sure that I was satisfied with everything before I left. Hatem was a great sales person and a great representative for the company. In fact the whole staff the receptionist, the GM, all the other staff, and the finance dept were all so pleasant to work with. Best car buying experience that I have had... ever! I will be taking the car there for regular service. I can not imagine going anywhere else. If you are going to buy a new or used vehicle I highly recommend going there first to save yourself time and anguish. The people here are fair, kind, not pushy, professionals and will give you the greatest car buying experience. I don't write a lot of reviews, because it seems like service has gone to "crap" so by me writing this it's a big deal. More
