the service we got from Jennifer and Hayden was excellent, however we asked Hayden if they would replace the wipers before we picked up the car as I noticed they were in poor shape when I test drov excellent, however we asked Hayden if they would replace the wipers before we picked up the car as I noticed they were in poor shape when I test drove the vehicle 2 days before hand. On my way out to sign paperwork I was told by Jennifer that the service crew was filling up the gas and getting the car ready. When we drove off the lot the tank was still only at 1/2 tank, wipers were still trash, grease marks on the back seats (possibly left over residue from cleaning I hope) and just overall you can tell the car wasn't fully detailed before we picked it up. not a huge deal, but not what you want when buying a new vehicle. More

It was a pleasant buying experience. Staff was knowledgeable, answered my questions and not pushy. Hayden made my experience incredibly easy. I live about 3 hours away from your dealership. We had everything taken care of via email, I literally walked in, handed over the keys for my trade, I live about 3 hours away from your dealership. We had everything taken care of via email, I literally walked in, handed over the keys for my trade, signed papers, and drove off the lot in under 45 minutes! A great experience all the way around. The only downside is getting home and finding out most large insurance companies won’t cover Kias. Kia either needs to start their own insurance company or let buyers know. I haven’t gotten my rates yet, but if they are as bad as I hear, I will be selling my Kia immediately. Kia needs to address this issue and do whatever it takes to get these cars insurable again! More
