I wanted a used truck with very specific options and got screwed by a NC dealer who sold one with everything even though I had a $1000 deposit on it. Newton in TN had an almost identical truck (fixed inste screwed by a NC dealer who sold one with everything even though I had a $1000 deposit on it. Newton in TN had an almost identical truck (fixed instead of power assist steps). I called and Alex the sales manager went above and beyond to arrange a remote purchase with my trade in 24 hours. They gave me a bigger discount and reserved the new truck WITHOUT any deposit. Hayden the salesman was very knowledgeable and even helped me transfer my stuff from the truck I traded while it was raining. My entire time at the dealership was only about 2 hours - especially appreciated since I had a 13 hour drive to get there. More
