Haley was very attentive and helpful with all the follow-up details. The main reason that we did not give the dealership 5 stars is the crowded atmosphere of the sales department and the parking lot. There was only a VERY SMALL waiting area for service. Hopefully, the remodeling that is progressing will include a much larger and more comfortable atmosphere for waiting for service. If not, I am dreading taking my car for service. Beyond that, we were disappointed with the interior cleaning. We thought it should have been more like detailing. More
