Its a dealship. The sales people i communicated with were great and friendly. The issues i experienced were with buying a used vehicle, they did not want a cashiers The sales people i communicated with were great and friendly. The issues i experienced were with buying a used vehicle, they did not want a cashiers check and made it difficult for me to pay for a car. I ended up paying in cash and wanted exact change and I was also charged a $500 "filing fee". I sent emails back and forth for about a month while i waited for the car to be ready. It felt like they did not want to sell me the car at all. As a thank you, they drove the car directly to me as an apology, which was about 60miles or so. I would have rather they changed the transmission fluid on the car to save me the hassle since it was a used car. Even yet, one of the tires experienced a flat on the same week! More
