Elantra offered apple car-play and alloy wheels not provided by the others despite a lease payment $60 lower per month for the Elantra. I could not sense any significant difference in perfomance or handling or comfort, so my decision was very easy to make. I have now driven the car every day for two weeks and still love the car....and I really love the price. More

My mother and I arrived later in the evening; C I had a great experience with not only Hyundai, Number One Cochran, but most importantly with Charlie. My mother and I arrived later in the evening; Charlie was kind, courteous, and attentive throughout our entire experience even though the dealership was closing in a short while. Buying/leasing a car can take time, and for the less than patient people that we are, we felt like a priority. Heather was also a great employee; she waited with us to complete all of the paperwork. My mom and I both felt bad for keeping both Charlie and Heather at the dealership until close, but they were not only not worried about how late it was, but they cared more about our satisfaction. I left with an awesome car and had an awesome experience leasing my very first vehicle. More

That business model has served them well over the years...they get it...something a lot of businesses could learn from. On occasion when a service problem would arise they made every effort to resolve it in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the customer. I have not experienced a problem with any of their staff or technicians. Their waiting areas are clean and comfortable which makes the wait less stressful. Not every experience will go perfectly but the effort to do so was always there. More
