When these 2 senior tech nerds couldn't get our phone to sync with bluetooth Charlie took care of it and made sure we knew how to use this feature. He is the nicest ,kind ,fair sincere salesman I have worked with this is the 3rd car I have bought from Charlie Smith. I was do happy and excited he had been with them since I met him in 2010. I don't know your other sales people but if there are all like him then your very blessed to have him working for you. I highly recommend Cochran everyone I worked with was amazing but Charlie by far the best salesman I hope he is there forever.
