The whole experience was very professional and effortless. Overall, Grubbs was very considerate and quite easy to work with for my first car-buying experience! Heather in sales was fantastic and worked to ensure that all of my needs were met, but I did have to ma work with for my first car-buying experience! Heather in sales was fantastic and worked to ensure that all of my needs were met, but I did have to make two appointments to the dealership which may not have had to happen if the status of the truck was communicated a little more clearly. That did cause a bit of an issue for me since I live about an hour away and had to find a ride to the dealership twice. There was also a slight issue with getting the financing details figured out, but I understood as I'm a college student and it would be an abnormal case. Being my first car-buying experience, I was already feeling a little bit of stress, but the finance employee didn't really help as he (perhaps through no fault of his own) was making me feel as I were responsible for the issues and was a little short with me on occasion. Overall, that whole process felt quite rushed, as if they just wanted to get me out of the door. I understand that I wasn't buying the most expensive car, but I still feel like I should have had a little bit more care in that area. For the most part, the truck has been working wonderfully. About three days into my ownership of it, however, the truck wouldn't start. The battery terminals were corroded beyond use and needed to be replaced. It was an easy enough job for me to do myself and only cost about $35 and 30 minutes of work, but it still should have been caught well before they considered selling it. More
