I bought a Cadi in DEC 2025 as a Christmas present for my wife. The sales people were great Kyle the sales manager, the GM Paul Glans. They were professional and no hard sales. It actually was the best purchase that I've ever had in PHX purchasing since 1979. I all went down hill from there starting with the Service Dept to the a guy name BROCK in the finance GM warranty. Paul Glans took care of the service dept and made it right. 9/17/26 I was promised a quote for a platinum warranty from a guy named Brock on three different occasions. After three no calls or texts or voice mailed returned by this person name Brock who I believe to be in Finance. I gave up. I am now forced to look elsewhere instead of the place where I purchase my vehicle from and was treated, outstandingly. What ever happened to keeping a new customer and treating them right after a purchase???0000000000000000000000000 More
