Tony Sanders took his time listening to what we wanted, and tracked down what we were looking for. He showed us the vehicle features and was very patient answering questions. The vehicle took a few days to arrive. During that time, Paul Glans updated us daily, and handled all questions without delay. When the vehicle was delivered the process of paperwork and pickup was low stress! Paul took great care to provide a smooth and quick financial experience. Tony had the vehicle ready to go over all the features and take it for a drive. He spent the morning getting it set up and showing me how to navigate everything. In contrast, another dealership I visited was attempting to charge a $10,000 market adjustment fee, which I found completely unreasonable. That approach simply doesn't make sense when building long-term customer relationships. It actually was the best purchase that I've ever had in PHX purchasing since 1979. I all went down hill from there starting with the Service Dept to the a guy name BROCK in the finance GM warranty. Paul Glans took care of the service dept and made it right. 9/17/26 I was promised a quote for a platinum warranty from a guy named Brock on three different occasions. After three no calls or texts or voice mailed returned by this person name Brock who I believe to be in Finance. I gave up. I am now forced to look elsewhere instead of the place where I purchase my vehicle from and was treated, outstandingly. Ironically, my journey with Coulter started after my previous vehicle was brought in for repairs after an accident. Coulter Collision Center provided me with a loaner vehicle, and before long, I found myself purchasing a new Lyriq after my vehicle was declared a total loss. When some delivery issues came up, General Manager Paul Glans immediately got involved, took ownership of the problems, and made it clear that customer satisfaction was his top priority. Rather than making excuses, he accepted responsibility and worked to make things right. That level of accountability is rare and turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very positive one. I also want to recognize Linda Daub for her professionalism and communication throughout the process. She was attentive, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. The true measure of a dealership isn't whether things always go right but how they respond when they don't. Paul and his team exceeded my expectations and made me a very happy customer. they will absolutely hunt down senior citizens and do their best to lease them a new car every two years (sometimes even more frequently!). but heaven forbid the family needs help with some small admini their best to lease them a new car every two years (sometimes even more frequently!). but heaven forbid the family needs help with some small administrative issues and its crickets from the dealership. when the lease was returned on my dying mom's car, they did not properly do the paperwork withe MVD resulting in her getting notices from MVD regarding lack of insurance. they claim they care about their long time customers, but they absolutely only care about the commissions they are making. they literally leased my mom a car and she could barely walk let alone operate a car. and worse? as the two year lease was coming up, they called her to try to turn in that car for a new one. she was literally on her death bed and they were trying to get her into a new car. its a great business model for them to move new cars quickly and get them back 2 years later with very low miles so that they can sell them at a premium More
