I worked with Heather Erickson to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned Porsche Cayenne. It was a great experience from my first contact until I drove away with my, new to me, Cayenne. She was very conscientious, professional, and super responsive. I also worked with Emerson Knauss in the finance department to secure some financing and complete the paperwork. Emerson was very competent and made the process easy. Post-sale, Heather insisted that I always contact her first to act as my advocate in any dealings with the dealer or their service department. Working with Hennessy Porsche North Atlanta was the best dealership experience I've ever had. I've owned many vehicle including BMW, Lexus, Mercedes, Audi, Infiniti, Cadillac, etc. None came close to the pr dealership experience I've ever had. Heather was great and kept me updated through out the lengthy process of receiving my Taycan. Emerson was awesome too and very thorough.
