Love The car and the reps were great too! I was actually just stopping by to look at the new RAV4 and didn’t really have any intention of buying one that day. I was planning to compare it with a Subaru, but as soon as I saw it and drove it I fell in love with it, so bought it on the spot. Great car; great price. Don was great; he answered all our questions while giving us a great overview of the features during a test drive. He listened to our concerns and worked with us to provide a great vehicle at an awesome price. A bit of back and forth in negotiating, but ultimately they gave us a decent offer for our trade-in. Heather stayed late to work on the financing, and gave us a very competitive rate. She went through the numbers with us very thoroughly to make sure we understood all the figures. And Joe gave us an excellent detailed introduction to the basic and advanced features of our new Highlander. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend. More

Dishonestly treated during lease of new vehicle Went to Del Toyota on recommendation of friend, was put in touch with salesman who was not completely honest with lease deal on new vehicle that inclu Went to Del Toyota on recommendation of friend, was put in touch with salesman who was not completely honest with lease deal on new vehicle that included a trade in. Wound up being given a lease contract where agreed price of vehicle was higher than MSRP. Was told it had to do with the fact that the price they gave me for my trade in was higher in their opinion than what vehicle was actually worth...? It was noted that it was last Saturday of year and dealership was busy. At end of day and after leaving in my new vehicle, I was able to contact someone in car business who indicated the lease deal was totally improper. Two days later at the request of the salesman who seemed to realize his tactics were not on up and up, called me to return to dealership where my lease contract was re-written to reflect more legitimate numbers ($200 month lower payment). Very unprofessional treatment by sales dept!!! More
