But, when we were taken to our vehicle it had not been touched and we were quickly told sometimes there’s a backup so they don’t do it. After spending over $1000 on parts and service I would have at least expected a car wash. More

The dealership remedied things that should’ve been in order when we bought the vehicle. The vehicle was certified used and apparently contracted the initial inspection with another company.
