I am not a new driver this isn’t my first time having a car I very much can afford to pay in full and she was saying how if I couldnt keep up with payments they would take the car back. I never said I was financing. “Well you need to figure that out hunny” in a rude tone. This is not how you speak to anybody when selling a car who wants to buy a car from someone whos acting like theyre too poor to pay for payments?? At first, it wasn't good at all. I came in one night looking to get out of my lease, and into a new car, and was sent away being told there wasn't anything he could do for me. He literally gave me maybe 5 minutes total of his time. Luckily I decided the very next day to give it one more try, and thank goodness I did, because that's when Heather Samuelson was there! She sat me down, heard the same identical story I described just 12 hrs prior to the other salesman, and gave me the total opposite care. She was phenomenal!!! She went through the options I had, truly cared enough to take the time to see how she could get me out of my lease and into a new car, and gave me several options for vehicles to do so. She was very honest, down to earth and personable while helping me, and made me feel like we were friends. And she just met me! She was thorough, detailed, and genuinely went above and beyond to try and provide me with the best service she could give. I literally ONLY want to purchase cars from her in the future. This is also the same thing I'm going to preach to all my friends as I send them her way. Whats great and outstanding is that she hasn't even been working there a month yet.
