Best vehicle shopping and buying experience to date for me. I was happily greeted as soon as I walked in for my appointment . The car I was looking to test drive was already pulled up with a plate on it. Then the second vehicle wasn't even in my radar but was an option in my budget I didn’t even realize. I was presented options without feeling uncomfortable or pressured. Thats huge! I leased the jeep wrangler and I'm so excited I was presented the opportunity. The entire experience from start to finish was extremely smooth. In addition, my salesman Tom Polizzi went over ALL the features and I am so grateful. This is a lost customer service feature and very much appreciated. I didn't have to figure it out all on my own, priceless.. I also didn’t have to spend multiple hours, days or weeks shopping around trying to figure out the best possible deal and financing, they treated me fairly from minute 1 and didn’t waste my time.
