Ok I had a loaner so it should be tomorrow. Wednesday went by and absolutely no phone call or update. Thursday am nothing. Finally around 3pm I called so I would know what was happening. Car ‘just’ came out what a coincidence. If they had of just update me on those middle days would of been a great experience. At least my car was ready when I went to pick up and finally washed! More

Oil Change\Engine Stall Had an odd problem, Truck would stall out on occasion, usually after fueling. Of course the truck was running fine with no trouble indicators. But the tech found fixed the problem, VERY dirty throttle body...DONE. I've never taken my GMC Sierra anywhere else in the 18 years since I bought it at Valley...and I never will...THE. BEST. More

Customer care Every time I go there I am never disapointed. They have worked with me when it has been about cost of parts and have always made sure I knew the car I Every time I go there I am never disapointed. They still took excellent care of me and somehow got my car done that day. I was amazed by this because I had to tow the car there with 2 flat front tires and a dead battery. Dropped off the keys first thing and done by the time I got of work. Polite, honest and friendly. Been going for years. More

They also perform the services they are asked to. Nothing more, nothing less. I just do not like the attitude of some (few) of the employees. I also did not appreciate the fact that I was not followed up with when I requested or that when called a voice message is not always left if the call is missed. I also do not like how when a call is returned, the staff members have no idea why they called as if they do not notate our accounts. More
