Even though we knew exactly which SUV I was buying before I got there. I still had to wait hours for the sale to be finalized.Also I was not very happy when I received an email ,2 days after buying the loane I got there. I still had to wait hours for the sale to be finalized.Also I was not very happy when I received an email ,2 days after buying the loaner LS with 2900 miles on it, you sold a new LT model (which was the model I wanted and told you didn't have any) with 8 miles for less then I was charged. Does not make for a satisfied customer! More
