Hyundai is like walking into a new world compared to my old car. Hector was patient and thorough and thought of every possible question and concern that I might have. He was very respectful of my need to see different colors also. The "closer", in Finance, Luke, that does the applications and final papers is very gifted. He knows exactly what loan is in your best interest and is able to offer many options. He explains anything additional like undercoating options, maintenance etc. I ended up keeping him late by at least an hour. I never felt rushed or embarrassed about asking for the clarifications I needed. Very nice, thorough and caring dealership. I couldn't be more pleased. More

This dealership should be avoided at all costs. The customer service is terrible. They have no regard for their customers at all. Vehicles are damaged by their service department and management is more customer service is terrible. They have no regard for their customers at all. Vehicles are damaged by their service department and management is more than hesitant to correct. The sales representatives and finance department are misleading and write “nothing promised or implied” on the “we owe” sheets of their contracts, even when they agree to correcting items. The classic term “shady” definitely applies. I have driven a Hyundai my entire life and my multiple experiences at this dealership have left me going to a different Luther dealership where they helped me get out my vehicle. This staff is not courteous, unprofessional, deceptive, and downright unhelpful - these traits are only amplified when they are busy. Highly recommend avoiding this dealership and especially avoiding Hector in their Sales Department and the woman in the Finance Department (whose name I cannot recall). More
