Everyone was very helpful and very friendly, they explained everything to me and worked with me until I was happy. I ended up leaving with a brand new 2018 Rav 4 adventure model and I love it. Gilda initially started the process. Roger was who I primarily dealt with, he took me for a test drive and explained all the features of my car. Hector in finance worked with me on my rate and gave me the best options for the price I was comfortable paying. I would recommend everyone I know to shop here for new and used cars. More

Love my Rav4 I have never purchased a car on my own and Steven was wonderful. I knew what car I wanted to test drive and what options and I was nervous going in. Steven got me right in a car to test drive and I fell in love with it. I opted for a Hybrid and Hector was great in getting me the best financing option and price for my trade in. I was a little apprehensive going through the whole process, but I went in on a Tuesday to look and took my car home on Thursday. Steven was in touch with me if there were any additional way that he, they, could assist me. I wanted a remote start added and I was able to have that completed that Saturday. I never felt pressured and the sales and finance managers were also incredibly helpful and flexible. I definitely recommend this dealership. It is also very clean and there is a large waiting area for service with wifi and STARBUCKS! More
