Unhelpful and rip off Desk staff was extremely unhelpful. They were not pleasant to speak with. Too long for just an oil change It took way too long for an oil change. I arrived a half hour before the shop opened, then had to wait 20 minutes after it opened to have my truck tak It took way too long for an oil change. I arrived a half hour before the shop opened, then had to wait 20 minutes after it opened to have my truck taken in the shop. You need to let us make appointments for oil changes. After my truck was finished, the billing lady tried to hand me a bill for the service. My first two years of oil changes are supposed to be free. How come the billing department is not aware of this? It should be on my file. Hope that I do not have to go through situation every time that I come in for an oil change. More

Almost 5 hours fir oil change and detail. I arrived at service center and signed in as it opened at 7 A.M. I had auto butler scheduled at 9A.M. My car was not cokpleyedbuntil 11:38 A.M. The excuse was that auto hutler detail service can take 3-5 hours. My questionbis' why bother with scheduling the detailing if it is going to take 3-5 hours. Trunk wasn't vacuumed (it had sand in the rubber trunk tray)' the chrome on steering wheel' the area around the radio dashboard, and around gear shifting console had some dried up product that wasn't wiped off. It was very good. The people were very friendly and helpful. We are from out of state and were looking for a Ford dealership to have our Ford Escape serviced with an oil change. The only thing I’m dissatisfied with is these stupid reviews I’m supposed to fill out each time I have something done at a Ford dealership. I have a 2000 Ford Explorer that I have serviced at a different location and don’t have to go through this crap. That service garage seems to be perfectly happy, why can’t you? More
