The response when asking if any other service was needed was, "what do you mean?"... We aren't the car experts, you are. I called multiple times letting the service department know that we had a van coming in and when our driver got there to drop off the vehicle the muscular guy had no idea what was going on. I will say your department is fast and convenient but the overall attitude of everyone in the quick lane building has convinced me that Ford doesn't care about their vehicles and/or their customers. More
