The reason for me to score Tropical with a 4 star and not a 5 is that I have to schedule another appointment (during the week which is not helpful to me), to take care of two of the most important items I needed to fix. All and all, they changed the oil, replaced the wipers and filled in the fluid for my windshield and back window. They could make an effort and clean up the car inside a little bit. Vacuum probably? Great Customer Service I went in for my normal oil change and some minor break work. I asked a pricing question regarding a tech update for my truck and the answer I was rec I went in for my normal oil change and some minor break work. I asked a pricing question regarding a tech update for my truck and the answer I was received went above and beyond. They could have simply given me a price however Brian, the service director took the time to research the information in detail, take me to a vehicle so I could see the update in action and then did more research while I waited for my oil change and break job. When Brian returned with the funds if his research he was able to give me step by step instructions on how I could to the tech update myself guving me the option to avoid the fee charged by the dealer. I would rather do business with people I trust, Brian earned my trust and respect in how he dealt with me and how I observed he worked with his staff. Time Well Spent! More
