Great Customer Service I went in for my normal oil change and some minor break work. I asked a pricing question regarding a tech update for my truck and the answer I was rec I went in for my normal oil change and some minor break work. They could have simply given me a price however Brian, the service director took the time to research the information in detail, take me to a vehicle so I could see the update in action and then did more research while I waited for my oil change and break job. When Brian returned with the funds if his research he was able to give me step by step instructions on how I could to the tech update myself guving me the option to avoid the fee charged by the dealer. I would rather do business with people I trust, Brian earned my trust and respect in how he dealt with me and how I observed he worked with his staff. Time Well Spent! More
