Fastest oil change ever! I was greeted as soon as I pulled in, even though I accidentally pulled into the wrong area. Once I pulled into the Quick Lane Service I was attended I was greeted as soon as I pulled in, even though I accidentally pulled into the wrong area. Once I pulled into the Quick Lane Service I was attended to promptly. They open at 7am. I was there probably by 7:30. I just needed an oil change and the usual check over the car. I was out by 9-9:30am. I was in and out in just a couple hours. They even replaced the batteries in my key fobs. Bonus points: There were Dunkin Donuts and decent coffee, not the brown water most service centers offer, where they just keep adding water and using old grounds. They also had free wifi, which worked. Totally recommend Tropical Ford. Hector was my service rep, 5 stars. He was great! So was the cashier and the guy who helped me find my way to the right line. Oh and the bathroom was clean! That's rare when the ladies room is actually clean, has paper, and obviously had been cleaned just that morning. They also gave me the batteries at decent price and didn't charge to change them. Just a note why this is so great: At the last dealer, even if I'm in line before they open, I've been stuck there until after 2-3pm. Often the service people would break for lunch before giving me any updates on my car, knowing I was waiting for it. More than once, they didn't do all the work forcing me to return. Aside: It was also nice not to be forced into watching Fox news. More

Not very organized. I showed up without an appointment for an oil change, tire balance, rotation and something that had to be done by hooking up the Ford Scan Tool. The service writer took me to the Quick Lube Lane desk after I explained what I wanted to have done. There I explained to them the same thing. They got my oil change and tire balance and rotation done and told me the vehicle was ready. I asked about the Scan Tool part and was told I had to make an appointment. See the cashier for keys and bill. What! Why not let the other department know what I needed to still have done? Why not at least walk me over to the other department and tell them to help me. I did get taken care of because of help from someone I knew in another department that came out to help me. It all worked out but the departments need to work together and talk to each other to assist customers. To us they are all the same company. We look at the service department as one big department. We should be treated the same or at least helped out by other department. More

Quick and complete service on time. Took the car in for normal servicing. They said it would take 2 hours. They were wrong, it was 1 hour and 58 minutes. Excellent service center. I always go there to get my 2016 Ford Explorer serviced. The staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful.
