I am super impressed with the customer service here. I needed help with a battery issue on batteries that I bought almost 3 years ago from Escondido Ford when it was still owned by Gosch. They told me t I needed help with a battery issue on batteries that I bought almost 3 years ago from Escondido Ford when it was still owned by Gosch. They told me that they couldn't help me because the records weren't available for them to look up because of the change of ownership. When I called Temecula Gosch Ford, Hector Orozco answered the phone and was super helpful. He even had to get his manager Robert Celaya involved who them had to get a hold of the accounting department all on order to find this original invoice. They could've just told me sorry and sent me on my way and there would've been nothing more I could've done. But, they all worked together for me and I couldn't be more appreciative. I highly recommend this dealership. More
