The individual rating working with Shelby is awesome. She is genuinely a people person and cares about the customer. I believe she focuses on providing excellent service working with the customer and Kia She is genuinely a people person and cares about the customer. I believe she focuses on providing excellent service working with the customer and Kia techs in ensuring the customer vehicle receives the best care. I believe the overall Kia Service department could use some improvements. Not every service advisor is like Shelby; just as every Kia East tech is the same and does not treat the customer vehicle with care. There's are a few techs that are awesome; and take a personal interest in treating a customer's vehicle as if it were their own. Between the few techs I am aware that are good along with Shelby, others that are techs and service advisors should be like Shelby and the few good techs that I am speaking about without naming Shelby gets a 10 rating along with the Tech who continues to provide excellent repair service. I went to the Dealer looking for a car that was promised to me. When arrived they said it was sold. Sam, the Salesperson, lied to me several times. I tried to walk away but they kept the lies going and woul to me. When arrived they said it was sold. Sam, the Salesperson, lied to me several times. I end up paying $150 a month more than what I was willing to pay since I am on disability and have a fixed income. They didn't care about my situation. I will never buy from them again nor do I recommend them. However, my experiences with Service Dept. is way different. They have been very helpful and straightforward with me at all times. More
