I knew what repairs were needed and his recommendations were in line with what I expected. Great team! My only further recommendation would be to more prominently display the little sign on the service desk alerting customers to a 3% surcharge on credit card payments, especially on big ticket expenditures. Thus the 4 stars as opposed to 5. More
