I have owned 3 Hondas since 1989. I always bought through a more local dealer, but this time I found my car online, knew what I wanted, priced it out and went to more local delaerships for comparison shoppin a more local dealer, but this time I found my car online, knew what I wanted, priced it out and went to more local delaerships for comparison shopping. No other dealership came close to what I wanted. D&C Honda had the best team. Kristin followed up immediately after my internet inquiry. When I went to the dealership, I met with Hee Chung who showed me the CRV. There was no sales pressure at all. I felt comfortable and secure in knowing that I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted. Both Hee and Kristin were knowledgeable. Kristin was especially friendly. She did an excellent job in reviewing all the car features with me before I drove away. Even the financing part of the transactions was a breeze. Job well done! More
