But from the moment I inquired on-line, the process was a breeze! Heidi LaRue contacted me immediately - and bright and early I might add - and was extremely easy to deal with! She sent all we talked about in writing to my email so I could read and make a decision with no questions. It was open, direct and no "high pressure". When we decided and set up our appointment, Heidi realized she would be unavailable to take care of us. She made sure to set us up with another salesman, Ryan Whitley, who was also great to deal with. We knew ahead of time who we were dealing with, the car was ready for us to test drive, and still no pressure to buy. It was refreshing!! First salesperson took one look and made an excuse for someone else to handle us. Was quoted 4.45% on the loan but it came back 7.25% despite an 800+ credit score. Upsold the extended warranty for a $1000 more than quoted. As soon as paperwork signed they started joking about how I had played them and I was getting such a deal, despite the fact that they refused to negotiate at all. So far vehicle is fine, I just don't appreciate BS. More
