Working with Rodrigo Nadal, Krystal Miller and Henry Diep was great experience! The whole sales/finance process was handled smoothly and the entire staff was knowledgeable and efficient. I have been a client of this dealership since 2011. Until my recent experience, I have had very positive ones- otherwise I would not have been a loyal customer for the last decade. I have worked with Crystal my recent experience, I have had very positive ones- otherwise I would not have been a loyal customer for the last decade. I have worked with Crystal Miller, Rodrigo Nadal, and most recently Henry Diep. They all have been respectful, professional, and made each experience a pleasant one. They earned my loyalty and long-term repeated business. In my most recent occurrence, I dealt with Alex Bonanno. I was treated the exact opposite. She was belittling, degrading, rude, lying through her teeth, and threatening. While I understand that this is a business, Alex's behavior and attitude goes against what Mazda Corporation states regarding CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: Mazda is striving to improve customer satisfaction through providing a Mazda brand experience that exceeds customer expectations. I am a 10 year customer of Wellesley Mazda. I am treated like royalty whenever I walk through their door for service or a new car. I will remain loyal to throughout my driving days as long as Mazda continu like royalty whenever I walk through their door for service or a new car. I will remain loyal to throughout my driving days as long as Mazda continues to make the superior cars they do now, During a recent service visit, I stopped in to say hello to the sales team and walked out with a new car with lower lease payments than my prior lease (which were already favorable). The two sales managers, Rodrigo Nadal and Darren Bonanno, plus my salesman, Henry Diep, plus the leasing manager, Krystal Miller, made this a simple, seamless transaction. All of them deserve 5 star praise for their professionalism and customer centric service. Ten years and 4 new cars later I am completely amazed at the sales and service teams and highly recommend this dealership to the car buying public. More

Think of all the irritating and unpleasant things that you can experience shopping for a car. Then imagine the opposite. This was an atypically enjoyable experience from start to finish. Bought a used Subaru as a first car for my student child. Paid full price. It had 111k miles. After driving 500 miles the oil light came on. I brought it in to a Subaru dealership and they did an oil bur Paid full price. It had 111k miles. After driving 500 miles the oil light came on. I brought it in to a Subaru dealership and they did an oil burn test requiring another 1000 miles to be driven. The test failed and I was informed there was a recall and Subaru had extended the warranty to 100k miles. Wellesley Mazda had said there were no issues, there was a clean CarFax, and no recalls. There was no way to determine the issue until it was beyond the MA Lemon law. Wellesely Mazda refused to deal. They refused to acknowledge they had sold a piece of junk that will cost $4k+ to fix. They could have replaced the engine for free just 10k earlier. I am convinced they knew of the issue but chose to push it off on someone else. Lack of integrity. Lack of customer care. Their motto is Transparency. Maybe lack thereof. Not worthy of anyone's business. More
