From the first step through the door I noticed a difference from other dealers. There’s a “no pressure” approach that I appreciate beyond words. Henry took care of me as if we knew each other for years. He may everything clear to me with a transparency that I’ve never experienced before. Once I got done talking about my preferences, he showed my options for buying. Again, no pressure! I LOVED the Mazda CX-5 that I drove. The car sold its self. Once I had decided on a car I met with the finance person. Krystal had the same no pressure approach. She explained my options and her approach was “Krystal” clear. Henry Diep turns extra into extraordinary I recently purchased a Mazda CX3 from your Wellesley location, and honestly dreaded the idea of dealing with some over zealous dealership sales person I recently purchased a Mazda CX3 from your Wellesley location, and honestly dreaded the idea of dealing with some over zealous dealership sales person who would attempt to coax me into purchasing a two person convertible for me, my children and my oversize dog. Anyways! To my delight I was met by Henry Diep and Krystal Miller who were both incredibly knowledgeable with an unwavering amount of patience. Jared created that an excellent experience for us to test drive in the neighborhood of Welleslley on both highway and local streets and experiencing vehicle performance under different turning and acceleration conditions. . He was also very patient attending to our questions about utilizing interior space of the vehicle for our growing family and providing helpful demos of features. Price negotiation was an satisfying process with a happy outcome, compared to our prior dealership experiences.
