I told him what I was looking for in a car and he was able to guide me in the right direction. The patients that he showed with my parents and girlfriend was wonderful. I personally knew which car I wanted after his counseling but my father gets a little pushy and asked many questions about the car. Henry was able to answer all his questions and put him at ease which is a remarkable feat in itself. I never felt pressured into buying a car and even when I decided he was able to make the transaction smooth and seamless.
