Great experience I put in for a quote via a car internet site on Saturday morning and got a prompt email response from Henry at Autopark Honda. I spoke with Henry briefly who had us come in and meet with Carl. Carl greeted us and introduced us to Jon Choi. Jon was familiar with all of the new Odyssey features. Once we had picked out our vehicle, Jon even set up my phone and my wife's phone to work with the new vehicle. This was my first vehicle from Autopark Honda, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. More

I was on the lookout for a new car (Honda or Toyota) for a few months. Prior to this, Henry would occassionally send me emails with any specials as well as call me on the phone for the past few months. Jun 6 email was different and a timely intervention of sorts as I had plans to go to the Toyota dealership on Jun 7 due to a great deal a friend of mine got for his Avalon. I also have had 2 extremely bad car buying experience at 2 other Honda dealerships in the past from a different state, so I was very sceptical and paranoid about this. Henry put me in touch with the manager Carl Salyer. Carl and I had a good professional chat over phone on Jun 7. I immediately went to the dealership and did not know what to expect. The staff were wonderful. Carl greeted me and my family and got us in touch with the sales person, Alex Jacobson. I explained to Alex my previous buying experience. Alex, like the rest was a professional and ethical person. He went above and beyond to get us the car with the correct options we were on the lookout for. I also developed a wonderful professional working relationship with Alex. The price was also good. Alex worked with Carl to get me a good price for my 11-yr old Honda Civic which had little to no issues other than cosmetic stuff. It was funny that I played the sales agent with Alex to get a good trade-in value for my car and I could see that the staff were committed to providing the customer with a wonderful end to end buying experience!! Overall I would rate the experience as the best so far and kudos to Alex and the team! If you are in the market for a new Honda, I would highly recommend working with these gentlemen! An all around excellent experience! The shortest and most pleasant buying experience that I have ever had in my 30 years of buying cars! Requested internet price on vehicle that I was interested in and Henry sent me a really good price. Stopped by the dealership to take a test drive and Jim Good was waiting to assist me. He did one of the most thorough vehicle walk a rounds that I have ever seen. Jim was engaging, polite and an absolute pleasure to work with. Oh, and he knows his product! The final price was negotiated with Jim and Carl and within 45 minutes it was all done! I will be picking my new CRV up on Saturday. More

Auto Park, overall, is very good. I've bought two cars there, and shopped there several times. Over the years, I've dealt with a couple of employees who were less than impressive. But the important p cars there, and shopped there several times. Over the years, I've dealt with a couple of employees who were less than impressive. But the important people - on-the-floor sales and sales management - have been great. I have bought a car from Don Hillenbrand and and Michael Kennedy. Don was great and Michael was exceptional. I also worked with Malik Moss briefly, who was also great. Robert McKenna isn't Mr. Congeniality, but that shouldn't matter in a sales manager. He's polite enough, and more importantly, he's direct and more than fair with this pricing. These individuals were smart, knowledgeable, straight-forward, and nice. As long as this persists, I will continue to drive out-of-my-way to buy my future Hondas from Auto Park. More

In the past 6 years, I have purchased three Hondas, but NEVER ONE from Auto Park Honda. I always start off there, but I know that in the end I will walk and find the SAME car for less money somewhere else NEVER ONE from Auto Park Honda. I always start off there, but I know that in the end I will walk and find the SAME car for less money somewhere else. If this is their marketing strategy, then they are certifiably consistent. My Element came from Goldsboro Honda, my CrossTour came from Southpoint Crown Honda, and now the Civic LX came from Leith Honda. Not only did these dealerships save me tons of cash, but they all acted like they'd work with me to get me into one of their cars. Not AutoPark. More

Price negotiations were made via email with Henry before I set foot at the dealership. I sent price requests to multiple Honda dealers in the triangle area and when they all sent me similar quotes I decided I set foot at the dealership. I sent price requests to multiple Honda dealers in the triangle area and when they all sent me similar quotes I decided to make a trip to AutoPark due to location preference. All of the Honda dealers, including AutoPark, were very fast in responding to my inquiries. I did my online negotiations in the early afternoon on a Saturday and shortly after I was able to schedule an appointment (same day) for a test drive. Upon arrival at the dealer, I was introduced to my salesman, Jim Cirimele. I told him what I was looking for and within 10 minutes we were behind the wheel of a Honda Accord sport. The Accord sport was the car I knew I wanted and the test drive only confirmed my decision to buy a new one. I began the purchasing process with Jim and later finished the process with Erik. I enjoyed having made price negotiations before coming to the dealer. I possibly could have negotiated even more, but once you are at the dealership they tend to discourage it. Be sure to work out the best deal you can online before walking in. With that said, I was content with the price they offered online. Overall, the process was very quick and simple. I walked in the dealership at 3 PM and by 6 PM I was able to drive home in my new car. Also, Jim took the time to walk me through all the cars operating features before I left the dealership. More

I have always enjoyed working with Leith and found both sales and service a good experience. I requested assistance from Charlie Bruce because my daughter bought a car from him last year and I found him n sales and service a good experience. We've all had new cars and used cars and dealt with dealerships in our lives, eh? So they're all about the same, or so I thought. And then I walked into Autopark Honda and was WOWED and IMPRESSED with dealerships in our lives, eh? So they're all about the same, or so I thought. And then I walked into Autopark Honda and was WOWED and IMPRESSED with their level of customer service. I got the BEST PRICE at Autopark AND received so much care and attention to boot, I felt special and well cared for. I will now be going 30 minutes out of my way (read: gas and time) to go TO Autopark Honda for ALL OF MY SERVICE NEEDS and I'm very happy to do that (spend the extra time and gas money) because I trust these guys and just KNOW without a doubt that they will take the BEST care of my car needs. Thank you to Henry Meador, Jon Choi, and Rick Sider. I love you guys!!!!! Thanks for making my car purchase such a fantastic and memorable experience! More

What a great experience from beginning to end! My impression of dealerships has always been a negative one - experiences in the past with other ones have been quite bad (to be honest). So I approached this new car buying experience with a good bit of hesitation and defensiveness. I was totally surprised by how professional Autopark Honda was, from the beginning as I compared prices for an Odyssey from other dealerships. Highly contrasted to the Toyota dealer (we were looking at a Sienna also) that "pounced" on me as soon as I walked in the door and wouldn't let me go. Your internet price for the Odyssey ended up being the best - and while another Honda dealership was willing to match it, I chose Autopark because I felt from the beginning that everyone was straightforward and honest. When I walked in on Monday I already had a price and knew what we were going to buy - but was on guard again because I didn't know how things would proceed. Craig was just wonderful. Can a car salesman be wonderful? Totally - he was the antithesis of all of my bad sterotypes of car salesman. Had a great conversation, made a new friend :), and was 100% professional, straightforward, understanding and honest along the way. More
