I'd been shopping CRVs and RAV4s with a variety of dealers via TrueCar, and had gotten multiple emails. Henry Meador's emails were informative and interesting enough that I decided to drive 30 miles to check out the deals. I'd also checked out the dealership on this site, and was impressed by the reviews I read. People seem to like Autopark Honda. Upon arrival, I was quickly introduced to Chris Kenney, who was very helpful about letting me check features and aspects I'd missed when test driving elsewhere. It turned out that they had my first color and trim choice on the lot (LX in Copper Sunset Pearl), and Chris went out of his way to give me the best possible deal on the car and my trade-in. I had planned to buy in the spring, but the deal was very reasonable and the car was sitting right there. He made the sale. The CRV had a total of 3 miles on it, and the detailers did a great job getting it ready for me. Chris even helped me set up the Bluetooth connection to my phone before sending me on my way. Of the half-dozen dealer experience I've had while choosing which car to get, this was by far the most pleasant. More

There have been others in-between, but my heart will always be with Honda. This is our 3rd Honda purchased locally, and by far the best experience at a dealer. Ryan was extremely helpful and proactive and we were able to close the deal and pick up in the same day. Vinnie was very helpful when it came to the Financing piece. My only "negative" was that they were very busy on Labor Day and it took a little longer than I had planned for but that was really a minor issue in the big picture. More
